Kansas City Power & Light District – Completed Spring 2008
In the spring of 2007 the Cordish Company, approached Global KES with an incredible opportunity and challenge. Build 16 full service casual and fine dining restaurants and commissary kitchens as part of the Kansas City Power & Light District, a dynamic nine city block mixed-use retail, entertainment, office and residential district located in the heart of historic downtown Kansas City. Global KES accepted the challenge and executed the entire project within the confines of the timeline and budget of the project, completing the project in late spring, 2008. KCPL Press Release
